Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Lingerie bottoms and bodysuits cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, but we will exchange your item for the correct size or provide store credit.

  • All returns are at your own cost. Do retain your proof of postage until you have received your refund as shipment could be lost in transit.

  •  "We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return".

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a refund, exchange or store credit for any unworn merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase.

Your credit card (original form of payment) will be credited for the amount of the merchandise only. Please note that all shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund shipping & handling charges.
